After much thought, planning and learning, I am finally ready to begin blogging. I am a practicing lawyer (‘attorney’ for our American cousins!) with a focus in wills and estates and a keen interest in legal technology. I look forward to sharing my thoughts and ideas and hope to do so in a meaningful and practical format. Perhaps I can also provide a little inspiration along the way. I would love to hear from you, the reader. Your comments and thoughts can provide ideas as to what I should be blogging about and will provide me with inspiration as well!
With the help of technology tools, our office has gone “paperless” which has been an exciting and rewarding journey. We use Twitter as a key means of internal communication among our team, not all of whom work at the office. Watch for upcoming blogs about these experiences and more! I plan to post regular blogs about:
o Tips from the trenches: real life stories of things that can and do go wrong (and those that go right!),
o Practice bites: interesting facts and issues that many are not aware of (but should be!),
o Technology gone legal: ideas in the development and use of technology in a law office setting, particularly those that improve service to clients and increase the enjoyment and productivity of the practice of law.

We recently added the RSS link to the top of the blog. if you go to the blog site again, it is there now: http://www.nefflawoffice.com/blog
It was previously available only at the bottom so you would have had to scroll down to find it.
Hope this helps.
