In your first meeting, you will generally meet with Donna Neff, so she can fully understand your situation and how we can help you. After the meeting, our law clerks support you in gathering your personal documents, answering any questions that you may have about the process, and ensuring that every detail has been taken care of. Donna is always available to you when you have questions that you would like to ask directly, but generally, almost all questions and concerns can be handled quickly by our helpful law clerks, who are available 9-5 Monday through Friday and will ensure that every detail has been taken care of.
Generally, our legal services are priced on a flat fee schedule. When this is not possible, we will charge on a time-spent basis. Please see Fees section of this site, or feel free to contact us for more information.
